Designated Seaport pickup & drop-off stops.

GO Loop operates exclusively within the Seaport district using designated pickup and drop-off locations.

Service Availability

When and where you can ride

GO Loop rides are available under a few simple conditions.

Inside the Seaport

Rides start and end within the Seaport District. If you're outside the service area, you won't be able to request a ride.

7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Rides are available between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Outside those hours, ride requests are turned off.

Your work email

GO Loop is offered through participating Seaport employers and properties. Check with your company to see if you are participating in the program.

If you're outside the Seaport, outside service hours, or signed up with a personal email, ride requests will show as unavailable in the app.
